CTI has developed an Executive Leadership Accelerator experience to give executives firsthand knowledge of the transformation which Co-active coaching can engender. The intent is to create an immersive experience for the participant and use coaching content as the primary vehicle for delivering learning and behavior change. The intended outcome is for each participating executive to develop a personal appreciation for the value of Co-active coaching. More importantly, the experience is meant to instill an understanding of the executive role in supporting and guiding the overall programme, while providing them with new skills to effectively mentor the next generation of organizational leadership.
