Become a Faculty Member
Thank you for your interest in a leadership role in CTI’s coach training and leadership programmes. It is your passion for the work that makes our programmes possible. If you are a graduate of the Co-active Leadership Programme and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, you will receive an email announcement when we have an open call for applications. We only accept applications during an open call period. Here are the major pre-requisites to applying:
Front of Room Leader and Certification Programme Leader:
- Graduate of CTI’s Co-active Leadership Programme
- Certified Professional Co-active Coach
- Average of at least 10 clients in coaching practice
- PCC or MCC from the International Coach Federation
- Excellent Co-active Coach
Certification Programme Supervisor
- Certified Professional Co-active Coach
- Average of at least 10 clients in coaching practice
- PCC or MCC from the International Coach Federation/li>
- Graduate of CTI’s Co-active Leadership Programme preferred but not required
