Who leads the calls?
The calls are led by Clark Friedrichs, an experienced European CTI Course Leader who has been coaching for a number of years.
What happens on the Free Information Call?
During the call, you will get the chance to discover much more about our programmes and methodology. You will also have the chance to ask any questions that you have.
How many people are there on the call?
The maximum number of people who can join the call is 12.
I have never attend an information/conference call - what should I expect?
If you haven't been on a information/conference call before it is essentially just like a seminar or a group meeting only virtual.
You will be sent a number to call and all you need to do is dial in at the confirmed time. Please don't be late. The call leader will be taking names and doing introductions for the first few minutes to allow everyone to get to the call and then they will start the seminar just like you would if you were meeting in person!
You will be encouraged to ask questions and the session will be interactive. The key thing to remember is to wait until the other person has finished what they have to say and then say your name followed by your comment or question.
