Discover the impact of coach training on organisations by reading some of our case studies below:
IBM.
CTI & IBM have been working together developing IBM’s “coach-approach” to management for the past 2 years. In this time CTI’s Co-Active Coaching Skills Programme has been run to train managers in Europe, China, Australia, USA and the Middle East. 100’s of mangers have been introduced to Co-Active Coaching skills and are now using them with great success.
IBM’s commitment to Co-Active Coach Skills Training for their managers comes from seeing the direct tangible results that the training has had on their organisation. One example of this is the sales team in the Chicago area that had been in the bottom 10 performing sales teams in the US. The managers of that sales team participated on the Co-Active Coaching Skills Programme, and now this team is consistently in the top 3 performing sales teams in the US. This is one of the ways that Co-Active Coach Skills training can make a difference to an organisation.
Cap Gemini, Ernst and Young.
Only 2 programmes have been run so far in Cap Gemini’s management training centre in Paris. However, we have had quite an impact as now in the UK, after just those 2 courses, Cap Gemini is going to be training all Senior Partners and Consultants in Co-Active Coaching Skills through 2005.
The Co-Active approach is now forming the backbone of Cap Gemini’s global strategic business refocus into “the collaborative business experience”.
Prudential UK.
Over the last 14 months, CTI has provided 7 Co-Active Coaching Skills Programmes for 140+ Senior Managers at the Prudential. The Programmes have been acclaimed internally as the single intervention that is having the most profound impact on the culture of the organisation. Replacing the old “tell and blame” culture with one that inspires and calls forth the best from everyone. We are now designing and delivering a unique programme for the CEO and Board of the Prudential as well as enabling lower grade managers to access the impact of Co-Active Coaching Skills through a one day introduction course. For more detail see case study.
In all of the above examples Co-Active Coaching is spreading to become the “language of coaching” that managers can use in those organisations all around the world. Global organisations know the importance of a common language, and here in this crucial skill for managing and leading the future, Co-Active Coaching provides that. Combined with CTI’s unique experiential learning structures Co-Active Coach Training provides the consistent quality, experience and results that no other coaching skills training provider can match.
