Core Curriculum Support Package.
At CTI UK our investment in training powerful and successful coaches, extends beyond offering our world class coach training programme, the Core Curriculum. As a course participant you will also receive our full support package, designed to deepen your learning, and help kick start your practice as a coach. The package includes the following:
COACHING:
You will receive a total of 6 x 30 minute coaching calls by a Co-active trained coach who has recently finished their core curriculum course. These 6 sessions are designed to give you an experience of coaching and to provide you with coaching support as you are going through the training.
MENTORING:
Unlimited 1-on-1 mentoring calls with Senior Coaches. Coaches who have been there and done it. Unlike coaching, CTI UK’s mentoring service focuses squarely on helping you build your business as a coach, from get support designing a workshop, asking for advice on different tools you can use with clients, to any concerns you may have about the work you are doing with a client.
BUDDY SYSTEM:
At the beginning of your training, your trainers will help you organise your buddy system with you. The objective of the buddy system is for you to support each other in between the courses as you go through the training and begin to build your coaching businesses.
GROUP PRACTICE BUILDING CALLS:
To add momentum to your training as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute UK will also provide, eight 90 minute teleclasses, led by a senior coach, to support you in Launching Your Coaching Practice.
These teleclasses are designed to support you in launching your coaching practice, and are an important part of our commitment to help you become a powerful and successful coach. We want you not only to have the leading edge in coaching skills, but also the marketing know how and conviction to put those skills in service of others through the creation of a thriving coaching practice.
Throughout the course of eight teleclasses, we will lead you step by step through what you need to do to get your first set of clients and kick-start your practice.
