CTI was founded in 1992 and has been offering its courses in the UK since 1999. It is one of the first and largest accredited coach training programmes in the world and a recognised leader in the creation and advancement of coaching standards, practices and integrity. The approach we have pioneered is called Co-Active Coaching which uniquely integrates the “being” and “doing” of coaching. Our success is based on this approach as well as the rigorous and challenging experience that participants have when attending our training programmes. The majority of our programmes are held in person so that participants are exposed to a great deal of real and hands on practice.
